  3. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Account Registration

  1. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your account.

Msgigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Use of WhatsApp & Meta Services

  1. Msgigo acts as a technology platform to facilitate WhatsApp communication.
  2. Users must comply with:
  3. WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
  4. Meta Platform Policies
  5. Local telecom and data protection laws
  6. You must obtain explicit consent (opt-in) from recipients before sending messages.

🚫 Prohibited activities include:

  1. Spam or unsolicited messages
  2. Fraud, phishing, or misleading content
  3. Adult, illegal, or offensive content
  4. Circumventing WhatsApp rate limits or policies

Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.

5. Message Delivery Disclaimer

  1. Msgigo does not guarantee message delivery.
  2. Message delivery depends on:
  3. WhatsApp / Meta systems
  4. Network availability
  5. Recipient device status
  6. Msgigo is not responsible for:
  7. Undelivered or delayed messages
  8. WhatsApp number bans caused by policy violations

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

  1. Some services are provided on a paid subscription basis.
  2. Prices, plans, and billing cycles are displayed on the platform.
  3. All payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a separate Refund Policy.
  4. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Free Trials & Promotions

  1. Free trials or promotional credits may be offered at Msgigo’s discretion.
  2. Msgigo reserves the right to modify or cancel trials at any time.
  3. Abuse of trials may lead to account termination.

8. Data & Privacy

9. Intellectual Property

10. Account Suspension & Termination

  2. You breach WhatsApp / Meta policies
  3. You misuse the platform
  4. Required by law or authorities

Upon termination:

  1. Access to services will be revoked
  2. Data may be deleted after a reasonable period

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Msgigo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Msgigo is not responsible for business losses, revenue loss, or data loss
  3. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Msgigo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  1. Your use of the platform
  2. Violation of laws or policies
  3. Content you send through the platform

13. Third-Party Services

Msgigo integrates with third-party services such as:

  1. WhatsApp / Meta APIs
  2. Payment gateways
  3. Cloud infrastructure providers

Msgigo is not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
